Welcome! 😊 My name is Anika and I am currently a rising junior at UC Berkeley studying Computer Science and Data Science with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology.
I enjoy developing software applications, dabbling in product design, and building inclusive communities in tech.

highlights from what i've worked on

  • Software Engineering Intern T-Mobile
    Built an iOS application for the RF Engineering team. Wrote PHP, Python, and SQL scripts to connect to backend database. Designed high-fidelity app-mock-ups, conducted interview to solidify app designs, and created unit-tests.
  • iOS Developer Mobile Developers of Berkeley
    UC Berkeley's premier mobile development incubator that focuses on ideation, design, and implementation of unique mobile applications. Published Bear Central, an iOS application for UC Berkeley students on the app store.
  • Co-President FEMTech Berkeley
    Organize mentorship programs, training workshops, and hackathons to support female students from all majors to excel in careers in tech, regardless of experience and background, and promote diversity in the tech industry.
  • Cal Hacks Fellow Periodic
    Developed an iOS app aimed at helping low-income women who lack access to feminine hygiene products. App facilitated a monthly customized delivery of products, in which for every box purchases, a box of products would be donated. Developed using Swift, Firebase, and Postmates API.
  • Clear Campaign UC Berkeley StEP
    Worked on a platform for students running in university senate elections to easily reach their voters through a recommendation system, social media engagements, and competitor analysis. This platform uses data analytics to reduce the amount of manual work campaigns have to go through while running for office.
  • Developer Ursatech
    Develop technical projects for university-affiliated groups and offer pro-bono consulting services to the UC Berkeley community.
